Scaffolding frames are the main components of scaffolding. The frames we carry conform to the industry's most rigid tolerance tests. Step frames are made in the USA with the highest quality components including ID coated tubing for extended life and powder coat finish for durability that exceed OSHA regulations. These scaffolding step frames consist of several beams of steel conjoined into a single unit with a ladder-like structure on one side. These allow workers to climb up the side of the scaffolding and are the most common type of scaffold frame.

All frames are 5’ in width by vary in height. All frames are interchangeable and can be stacked to reach your height requirement.

Cross Braces are used in conjunction with scaffold frames to form sections. They are made of high-quality steel connecting in the middle, which creates a full cross (X) when opened up. Diagonal cross braces are the main connecting components of scaffolding and are critical to safe and reliable scaffolding. Cross Braces determine the length of each scaffold section or the span between your frames.

Walkboards are used in conjunction with frames, cross braces and base plates for a full set of scaffold. Our walkboards feature 1/2″ finished plywood decking and heavy-duty “I” beam side rails. Each walkboard meets or exceeds O.S.H.A standards and has a 75 lbs. per square foot duty rating and is Made in the USA.

A stable scaffolding base or foundation is essential before beginning assembly. Scaffold casters and leveling jacks are used to add mobility and adjust scaffolding height when surfaces are uneven.

• Adjustable leveling jacks can be set to custom heights & provide a solid foundation for the scaffolding frame.

AVAILABLE IN RIDGID, SWIVEL, OR EXTENSION

• Plastic for non-marring, each caster features a 4” stem, 500 lb. load capacity, and 360° swivel.

8” CASTERS AVAILABLE

• Base plates serve as scaffolding unit feet, preventing slipping & sinking.

OSHA requires safety railings and toeboards for all supported scaffold towers exceeding 10’ from the lower level and must be restrained by guying, tying, bracing, or an equivalent means if the supported scaffolds has a height-to-base width ratio of more than 4:1. We can be of assistance in scaffolding design if you are unsure of your project safety concerns or OSHA statues.

Pro-Jax® lightweight, all-steel baker scaffolding are designed for indoor use. The plywood deck platform has a steel frame and supports. Casters are removable for use on stairs. Knurled rungs.
